A joint celebration of the
185th Anniversary of the Independence of Brazil and
Victory Day in Malta was organised by the Honorary
Consul of Brazil, Chev. Count Louis Scerri Montaldo, at
the Spinola Lounge, Malta Hilton Hotel. Among the many
dignitaries were H.E. President of Malta, Dr. Edward
Fenech Adami, H.E. The Brazilian Ambassador and Mrs.
Luciano Ozorio Rosa, H.E. The Chinese Ambassador, Mr.
Chai Xi, Deputy Prime Minister of Malta, The Hon.
Minister Dr. Tonio Borg, M.P. and Mrs Borg and The Hon.
Chev. Noel Farrugia, M.P., Opposition Spokesperson for
Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development. |
